Cancellation
You can cancel your print job at any time before the payment is processed at the kiosk. Once the payment is made and the printing process has started, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the event of a technical failure originating from the QPrint99 kiosk (e.g., paper jam, out of toner, or system crash) after payment has been successfully processed.
If you experience any issues, please contact our support at info@maanvisoft.com with your transaction details and kiosk location within 24 hours of the incident.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect file uploaded by the user.
- User error in configuring print settings (e.g., color instead of B&W).
- Change of mind after payment.
